Privacy Policy

Last updated October 29, 2026

This policy explains what information Dog and Cat Insurance Costs (“we,” “us”) collects and how we use it. The site is owned and operated by DARCA LLC.

Information we collect

  • Contact form: If you send us a message, we collect the name, email address and message you enter. We use it only to reply to you.
  • Usage data: Our web host and WordPress may record standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running.
  • Cookies: WordPress may set cookies needed for the site to work.
  • Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages they view, how they arrived and which links they click. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Affiliate links

When you click a link to an insurer, you leave our site. The insurer or its affiliate network may set cookies to record that you came from us, so we can be credited for a referral. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies. Information you enter on an insurer’s quote form goes to that insurer, not to us.

How we share information

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that run this site, such as our web host, or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages only as long as needed to respond and keep a record of the conversation.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete the information you sent through our contact form by sending a request through the same form.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
